SRG Plot Renewal Information for 2019
Renewal date absolute deadline:
November 30th 2018
All current plot holders must renew and send in payment any time after
After December 1st plots not renewed will be assigned to those on
a wait list.
Your payment will be the $ amount assigned according to the plot size, as indicated on the “Plot Sizes & Fees” document found using the link below or in the gardens tool shed.

Send to the SRG treasurer / plot registrar:

PLACE IN SRG LOCK BOX
— at Sooke District Office, 2205 Otter Point Road, Sooke,
between the hours of 9:30 and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Along with your cheque, please include signed “Plot Holder’s Agreement” AND “Lend a Hand” forms. All forms and the complete “SRG Rules and Guidelines” document are available via the links below and in the garden tool shed.
If you are going to be away during the registration time, a post-dated cheque will hold your plot.
If you are unable to deliver your forms and cheque during the days and times mentioned above, please advise Patricia Whiteley, SRG plot registrar, in order that an alternate drop-off may be worked out between you.
Please advise the plot registrar, Patricia Whiteley, at your earliest convenience, if you no longer wish to manage the plot held in your name, so that the plot can be assigned to another person/family.

We would ask that you clean up the plot before vacating it.
Note that all gardeners of a plot must live in the District of Sooke. As per the guidelines, only one plot can be registered per family.
