Request a New Plot
To be placed on the wait list, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with “New Plot Request” in the subject line.
Plots are assigned to new members as they become available, and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. When all spots are filled, a waiting list will be created.
Please read the Renewal Information below to become familiar with the registration process and the guidelines.

The attached “SRG User’s Agreement” document contains user guidelines. Please read these over carefully before you sign the Plot Holder’s Agreement.
Also please fill out the “Lend a Hand” form, so that you can be contacted for future garden work bees. The garden is run by volunteers, and there can always be found a job to suit your time and interests.
You will find the plot fee schedule attached, which will identify your plot and the amount due depending on the size.
If you are going to be away during the registration time, a post-dated cheque will hold your plot.
Please advise the plot registrar, Patricia Whiteley, at your earliest convenience, if you no longer wish to manage the plot held in your name, so that the plot can be assigned to another person/family.

We would ask that you clean up the plot before vacating it.
We hope you enjoyed growing at the SRG. If your situation changes, and you wish to renew again, we would be happy to see you.
Volunteering is always welcome, whether or not you tend a plot at the gardens.
2018 plots can only be assigned to those living in the Sooke area.
Primary gardeners of a plot must live in the Sooke region.
For those renewing plots, see you in the spring!
